Hello, and welcome to my website!

My name is Mahtab, and I am an Iranian artist living in the UK.

I have called my website "Moonlight Creations", since the name "Mahtab" in Persian means moonlight, and all of the dolls, puppets, and paintings you can see on this website were designed and made by myself.

The TV puppets were commissioned for children's television in Iran, while the Theatre puppets were made for festival theatre productions I was working on. The clay dolls, artistic cloth dolls, and paintings were all made in the UK as i have explored Persian themes using different media.
